Tandem Community is a women’s health tech startup dedicated to culturally competent postpartum mental health for women of color. We built their brand from the ground up — including strategy, visual identity, and digital tools — to help them launch with confidence.
The Challenge
Tandem Community was a brand-new company with a bold vision: to become the first culturally competent maternal and postpartum digital mental health platform designed for women of color. But with no existing brand presence, they faced several challenges:

As a new entrant in women’s health tech, Tandem had to stand out in a crowded space while staying authentic to their mission of cultural representation and support.
To reach moms and build community, they required not only a compelling brand but also practical tools for growth, such as email marketing, opt-in flows, and digital engagement touchpoints.
